Location: Dallas, TX
Pay: $15.50-$16.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday
8:00 PM - 2:00 AM
Weekend availability is required
Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Account Lead to oversee nightly janitorial operations at a commercial facility in Dallas. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for performing commercial cleaning, leading the onsite team, ensuring quality standards are met, and serving as the primary point of contact between the cleaning crew and management. The ideal candidate leads by example, has a strong work ethic, and is committed to delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
  • Perform commercial janitorial cleaning according to the assigned scope of work.
  • Lead, assist, and support the onsite cleaning team throughout each shift.
  • Assign daily tasks and ensure all scheduled work is completed efficiently.
  • Conduct quality inspections to verify work meets company standards.
  • Clean and disinfect restrooms, offices, breakrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, empty trash, disinfect high-touch surfaces, and restock supplies.
  • Safely clean and disinfect biohazard incidents while following OSHA regulations, company procedures, and PPE requirements.
  • Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, supply shortages, and client requests to management.
  • Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and company expectations.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and organized janitorial supplies.
  • Communicate daily with management regarding operations and staffing needs.

Qualifications
  • Commercial janitorial cleaning experience required.
  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
  • Comfortable performing biohazard cleanup and following established safety procedures.
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning methods, disinfectants, and OSHA safety standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, reaching, and standing or walking for extended periods.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.

  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to use a smartphone for communication and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading commercial janitorial teams.

  • Experience operating commercial cleaning equipment, including auto scrubbers, floor machines, backpack vacuums, and wet vacuums.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
