Join our dynamic team at Onyx Insurance Brokers, Inc. as a Commercial Lines Account Manager. In this role, you’ll build and strengthen long-term relationships with commercial clients while delivering exceptional service and support.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary:

We offer a base salary of $55,000 to $65,000, based on your experience.

Additional Benefits:

What You'll Do

  • Manage and service a book of commercial insurance accounts
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
  • Prepare quotes, process new and remarketed business, and support renewals
  • Identify account rounding and cross-selling opportunities
  • Assist clients with claims and policy-related questions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and client experience

What We're Looking For

  • Minnesota Property & Casualty License (required)
  • 1+ years of commercial lines experience
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and underwriting processes
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with agency management systems and general technology
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness
