Job Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.
Review client policies and ensure accuracy of coverage and documentation.
Process renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.
Assist clients with claims and provide ongoing support.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
Provide professional advice on insurance coverage options.
Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity in systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client and operational needs.
Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
Qualifications and Certifications
Experience in commercial insurance account management preferred.
Knowledge of commercial insurance policies, renewals, and endorsements.
Strong customer service and client relationship management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with insurance management software and general computer systems.
Property and Casualty Insurance license is a plus.
