Commercial Lines Account Manager - Insurance - Fresno, CA

  • Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Knowledge and Skills:


  • Experience - You have experience with Commercial Lines Insurance
  • License - Active Property & Casualty License
  • Knowledgeable - A great level of expertise and knowledge of commercial insurance products, markets, and ratings
  • Software - A comprehensive understanding of insurance agency management systems, Microsoft Office, carrier website navigation, and other software systems as needed for the position.


About the Role:


  • Cultivate a positive customer service experience.
  • Provide accurate and professional insurance services to clients and producers.
  • Support coverage renewal, cross-selling initiatives, policy change processing, and inquiry resolution.
  • Address client inquiries regarding billing, claims, and coverage.
  • Facilitate policy binding and review.
  • Manage requests for endorsements, claims, and renewal marketing.
