HVAC Installer - Experienced

Job Title: HVAC Installer - Experienced

Pay: $32.00-$40.00+ per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Position Overview:

  • Lead residential HVAC retrofit and replacement installations
  • Perform light commercial retrofit and equipment replacement projects
  • Manage installation crews and oversee job completion
  • Complete full HVAC installations from start to finish, including:
    • Full cut-in systems
    • Residential retrofits
    • Heat pump installations
    • Ultra Low NOx systems
    • R-454B equipment
    • Single- and multi-zone mini-split systems
    • VRF systems
    • Duct systems
    • Light commercial HVAC equipment
  • Diagnose HVAC system issues when needed
  • Install ductwork and perform duct cleaning
  • Install gas piping and TracPipe systems
  • Install refrigerant line sets

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Lead HVAC Installer
  • Demonstrated ability to complete residential retrofit/changeout projects independently from start to finish
  • Hands-on experience installing:
    • Heat pumps
    • Ultra Low NOx systems
    • R-454B equipment
    • Single- and multi-zone mini-split systems
    • VRF systems
    • Light commercial HVAC equipment
  • EPA Certification required
  • NATE Certification preferred, or willingness to obtain after hire
  • Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor installers
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
