Fleet Sales Consultant

About the Role

Our Volvo dealership in Pasadena is seeking a Fleet Manager. This is a great opportunity to take your automotive career to the next level. In this position, you will contribute to the success of Rusnak Group by managing the interface, bidding, sales and follow-up on all fleet accounts to assist with the growth and performance of the sales department.

Compensation: $60,000 - $150,000

*Compensation will be based on experience and skill level.

Responsibilities

Effectively and Efficiently Ensure All Fleet Accounts and Records Are Consistently Maintained:

  • Supports the efforts of the new vehicle department operations as needed.
  • Solicits commercial fleet accounts.
  • Ensures quality of deliveries of all fleet sales.
  • Follow-up on dealership payment for delivered fleet, lease company, and commercial account vehicles routinely.
  • Supplies new vehicle department manager with monthly forecasts of fleet car and truck deliveries.

Effectively and Efficiently Ensures Department Compliance With Solicitation and Bidding:

  • Maintains contact with federal, state and/or local government agencies and utilities to secure fleet business, actively utilizing the bidding process.
  • Maintains accurate records of fleet business and processes.

Effectively and Efficiently Provides Exemplary Service for Fleet Accounts:

  • Provides out-of-stock service for fleet accounts and local leasing companies in conjunction with new-vehicle department manager.
  • Follow-up with any issues of delivery and/or delays.
  • Supplies specifications as needed for orders.

Qualifications

  • UTI or trade school graduate preferred or equivalent practical experience.
  • Three (3) or more years of experience with Fleet sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong or good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Current California Driver License with satisfactory Department of Motor Vehicle driving record.
