Job description

Rinvio is hiring a Commercial Electrical Project Manager for project-based electrical leadership and field coordination work in the Leesburg, Virginia area.


Pay: $60-$65/hour, based on experience

Location: Leesburg, VA

Schedule: Full-time project work; schedule and overtime may vary by project needs

Type: Contract


Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate commercial electrical project activity with field crews and site leadership

- Review drawings, schedules, one-lines, specs, change information, and project documentation

- Help plan manpower, materials, sequencing, safety, quality, and daily/weekly priorities

- Track project progress, resolve field issues, and communicate professionally with stakeholders

- Support code-compliant installation standards, punch lists, closeout items, and documentation

- Balance hands-on electrical knowledge with project management, coordination, and follow-through


Requirements:

- Journeyman-level electrical background with strong commercial project experience

- Electrical PM, assistant PM, foreman, superintendent, or project lead experience preferred

- Ability to interpret electrical drawings, specs, schedules, and project documents

- Strong communication, organization, field leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of NEC standards, safe work practices, and quality installation expectations

- Reliable transportation to the Leesburg/Northern Virginia regional project area

- Must be dependable, safety-minded, and able to complete any site onboarding requirements
