Project Manager โ€“ Commercial Drywall

Our client is a well-established commercial drywall and interiors contractor with a strong reputation, a healthy backlog, and a leadership team committed to longโ€‘term growth.

Due to an internal promotion, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of commercial drywall and interior systems projects from preโ€‘construction through closeout.

What You'll Do
  • Manage commercial drywall, framing, ceilings, and interior systems projects from award to completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
  • Coordinate field operations, superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
  • Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and scope requirements
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Track labor productivity and project profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors and owners
  • Participate in project turnover, planning, and closeout activities
What We're Looking For
  • Experience managing Union commercial drywall projects
  • Strong understanding of metal framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and interior finishes
