CDL A Intermodal Driver with HAZ โ€“ $37 Per Hour - 1st Shift 
TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Joliet, IL.
This is a Long term Flex assignment with the potential to lead to long-term placement opportunities. We offer steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

CDL A Details 

  • Schedule: Monday - Saturday 3am - 2pm

  • Pay: $37 Per Hour 

  • Route Type: Local, Drop & Hook

  • Equipment: Intermodal

  • Handling: No touch freight, Drop & Hook

CDL A Minimum Requirements:  

  • License: CDL A 

  • Experience: 1+ years of recent CDL A INTERMODAL experience REQUIRED 

  • Endorsements:None

  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no recent major violations or preventable DOT-reportable accidents) 

  • Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Responsibilities:  

  • Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes 

  • Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

  • Perform required handling tasks

  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

  • Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
