What does a commercial construction supervisor do?

A Commercial Construction Supervisor oversees and coordinates construction projects for commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, or warehouses. They manage the daily operations on the construction site, ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget, and enforce safety regulations. To thrive as a Commercial Construction Supervisor, you need strong construction knowledge, project management skills, and typically a background in construction management or a related field.
