What You'll Do
  • Lead with Purpose: Supervise concrete laborers, finishers, and crew leads, ensuring that every task-from preparation to finishing and curing-is executed with excellence.
  • Plan for Success: Prepare work schedules and daily plans while proactively identifying and mitigating risks to keep projects on track.
  • Foster Team Excellence: Assign tasks, mentor crew members, and ensure the efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure Quality & Accuracy: Review blueprints, specifications, and plans to confirm all work aligns with design requirements and ECS's high standards.

Requirements
What You Bring
  • At least 3 years of field experience as a Foreman, Commercial Concrete Superintendent or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications.

  • Effective leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to inspire and guide your team.
  • A positive, adaptable attitude with a commitment to collaboration and growth.
