Job Title: Evening Manager (Commercial Cleaning)

Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Negotiable (based on experience and performance, with opportunities for increases over time)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and dedicated Night Manager to join our commercial cleaning company. This role is essential to maintaining smooth operations, ensuring high-quality cleaning standards, and supporting team performance across all company accounts. The ideal candidate is reliable, hands-on, and committed to long-term growth within the company, and able to work closely with leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and maintain a thorough understanding of all company cleaning accounts and client expectations.
  • Perform commercial cleaning duties at job sites.
  • Train and support employees on proper cleaning procedures, safety standards, and company expectations.
  • Work closely with the General Manager, following direction and carrying out assigned tasks and priorities.
  • Provide coverage for accounts during evening shifts when staffing is short or additional support is needed.
  • Supervise and monitor employee performance across job sites.
  • Provide regular updates to the General Manager and company ownership regarding employee performance and account status.
  • Ensure all work is completed to company and client standards.
  • Address issues promptly and maintain a high level of quality control across all locations.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in commercial cleaning and/or supervisory roles preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to take direction and collaborate effectively with management.
  • Willingness to perform physical cleaning tasks alongside team members.
