What You'll Do... As a member of our awesome Sales Team, you will be responsible for generating leads and setting up commercial accounts. Our Commercial Account Managers network in the community and create new job work for our Technicians. You will be assisting Inside Sales, Technicians, and Admin to ensure that accounts are properly documented and created all while staying in contact with our customer to ensure a seamless process on their end.
Who You Are... So, what does it take to be successful as a Commercial Account Manager at Northwest Exterminating? For starters, you'll have an inner drive to make the customer happy! You'll also have...
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Complete the necessary inspections for appointments. Inspections will include attics, crawl spaces and roofs.
  • Make treatment recommendations.
  • Provide professional and expert advice to address customer's pest concerns.
  • Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Generate leads from advertising and passive referrals in addition to developing new clients within your sales territory.
  • Attend company-provided sales courses designed to improve skills.
  • Be responsible for timely and accurate reporting. Reporting will include sales calls made, proposals submitted, and disposition of prospects.
  • Provide timely and accurate information and paperwork to the appropriate service center for rendering services sold.
  • Operate and maintain an assigned vehicle in accordance with all motor vehicle laws, company policies and manufacturer's recommendations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications
  • Bilingual ability in English and Spanish (preferred)
  • Comfort with learning and using new technology & software/apps (PestPac experience preferred)
  • A self-motivated and competitive mindset with a desire to win
  • Experience with and examples of problem-solving in a work environment
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to effectively manage your time, prioritizing multiple tasks, maximizing performance while remaining customer-focused i.e. understanding customers' needs, handling objections, and closing business
  • A high school diploma (Associate or higher preferred)
