Position Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as HVAC Apprentices. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry while learning directly from experienced technicians and installers.

As an HVAC Apprentice, you will assist with the installation, service, and maintenance of heating and cooling systems while gaining hands-on field experience and technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with installation of HVAC systems in residential and commercial projects
  • Support service technicians and installers on job sites
  • Learn to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems
  • Load and organize tools, materials, and equipment
  • Maintain clean and safe job sites
  • Follow company safety procedures and job site protocols
  • Learn blueprint reading, system layouts, and HVAC fundamentals
  • Complete apprenticeship training requirements and ongoing education
