Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious, result-oriented individual with strong sales, communication, technology, and organizational skills.

We are looking for a Commercial Sales Representative (Account Manager) to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Identify businesses that may require our services. This may involve cold calling, door-to-door visits, joining associations and/or groups, attending trade shows, and using online resources.

• Conduct on-site consultations with potential clients to assess their needs. Provide recommendations and solutions tailored to their specific issues.

• Prepare proposals based on the scope of services required. Negotiate terms and pricing with potential customers to secure business.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients. Provide excellent customer service, address concerns or issues promptly, and follow up. Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any ongoing or recurring pest control needs.

• Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.

• Meet sales targets and quotas established by the company. Report sales activities and progress to management.

What We're Looking For

• Sales skills such as prospecting, objection management, closing, etc.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Problem solver with attention to detail.

• Must be proficient in technology including computer, phone, AI, digital tools, email, word processing, spreadsheets, etc.

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas, build rapport, and influence others.

• Must be team-oriented and able to collaborate with others in operations, admin, and other departments.

• Must have effective time management skills for prioritizing tasks and maximizing productivity.

• Commercial Pest Control Sales
