Position Summary

Global C2 Integrations Technologies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Records / Documentation Manager to oversee contract data deliverables, configuration-controlled documentation, and program records management in support of an international Command, Control, Communications, and Intelligence (C3i) modernization program.

This position is responsible for ensuring all contractual documentation, technical data, reports, and formal deliverables are properly developed, tracked, version-controlled, marked, safeguarded, transmitted, and archived in accordance with U.S. Government requirements. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables and submission timelines
  • Maintain and update the Data Accession List (DAL) throughout the program lifecycle
  • Track document status through submission, Government review, comment resolution, resubmission, and approval
  • Implement and enforce document configuration control processes and version management
  • Ensure proper application of export control markings, distribution statements, and required document control notices
  • Oversee proper identification, marking, safeguarding, storage, and transmission of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) in accordance with DoD and federal guidance
  • Ensure CUI is transmitted through authorized systems and shared with authorized personnel
  • Maintain audit-ready records of CUI handling procedures and access controls
  • Coordinate with engineering, test, logistics, and program management teams to ensure documentation reflects the current technical baseline
  • Maintain official program document repositories and ensure access controls are enforced
  • Track action items, meeting minutes, presentation materials, and review artifacts
  • Support development and control of major program documents including system design descriptions, technical data packages, test plans, logistics plans, and training materials
  • Prepare documentation status reporting for program leadership and Government review
  • Support Government audits, program reviews, and data calls
  • Ensure records retention policies and document archival procedures are implemented

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of DoD contract documentation practices and CDRL management
  • Working knowledge of CUI marking, safeguarding, and transmission requirements
  • Experience applying export control markings and distribution statements (ITAR/EAR familiarity preferred)
  • Knowledge of document configuration management and version control principles
  • Experience supporting technical programs with formal design reviews and structured deliverables
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables with strict deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and document quality control discipline
  • Experience supporting Government review cycles and comment adjudication processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with document management systems and controlled-access repositories
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate across cross-functional technical teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Technical Writing, Information Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in DoD program documentation, contract administration, or technical data management
  • Experience handling CUI within a DoD or federal contracting environment preferred
  • U.S. citizenship required
