Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temporary 3 to 6 month assignment)

CCG is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Human Resources division.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct initial resume screenings to identify qualified candidates
- Support the TA team by managing candidate pipelines and maintaining organized, accurate records in the ATS (Paycor)
- Support the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) activity, including data entry, and candidate status updates
- Assist with planning and execution of recruiting activities on-site and off-site
- Post job ads to job boards, career sites, and social media channels
WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Strong administrative and clerical background with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage high‑volume scheduling and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to speak or communicate in Spanish is preferred, but not required
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong professionalism with candidates and internal partners
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records and follow established workflows
- Prior HR or recruiting experience is not required, but interest in HR or talent acquisition is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the TA Specialist and HR leadership
- Full-time availability Monday–Friday, US-Remote, Able to work 8am - 5pm EST hours.
