Assistant Brand Manager, Collectors
Bandai Namco Toys amp; Collectibles America is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team! This Assistant Manager role will include but not be limited to brand management and the coordination of brand materials, product inventory, contribution to overall marketing plans (both current amp; future) and assisting with upholding the integrity of the brand(s). This also includes assisting in the implementation of marketing, advertising, retail campaigns, and trade shows, store planning and operations as directed by management. In addition, you'll be responsible for supporting the Associate Director with the execution of marketing, inventory control, order managing, online and offline sales support. And assist with maintaining strong relationships with Japan HQ, licensor(s) and other business partners.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Take direction from manager(s) daily and assist/perform work-related marketing duties as assigned. Prepares the monthly accrue list for financial period close.
  • Execution of marketing materials (i.e. online marketing, commercials, photo-shoots, promotions, print production, retail merchandising, product presentations, Designing, etc.).
  • Communicates with outside vendors/agencies (public relations, ad, media, promotions agencies), Licensors, Subsidiaries, and Partners.
  • Heavy administrative duties including: preserving digital filing systems, coordinating multiple schedules for meetings, preparing amp; distributing meeting agendas and notes, and working with multiple departments within in the company.
  • Coordinate organization and shipment of supplies/product to events the Collectors Department is participating to (i.e. New York Comic Con, Pop-up etc.).
  • Provides retail support including arranging sample requests, supporting a strong online presence, and in-store initiatives (events, displays, etc.).
  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
  • Assists with inventory of products in the office and maintain show room.
  • Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
  • Knowledge of social media channels and perform periodic updates.
