Residential HVAC Installer

Locally owned and operated, we serve the Hampton Roads, Williamsburg, and Middle Peninsula areas with dependable residential HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services. We're currently hiring a skilled Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing team. If you're looking for a stable role with a company that values local roots and hard work, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay: $24.00-$40.00 per hour + commission

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with occasional overtime

What You'll Do

  • Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, condensers, air handlers, and controls
  • Fabricate and install sheet metal ductwork as needed
  • Perform soldering and brazing for copper line sets and system connections
  • Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and local building codes
  • Maintain clean, professional job sites and vehicles
  • Communicate clearly with customers and represent the company with professionalism
  • Complete all required documentation and installation checklists

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
  • EPA certification required
  • Skilled in soldering and sheet metal fabrication
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and various weather conditions
  • Solid communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Desired Qualifications:

  • NATE Certification, a plus
  • OSHA or other safety certifications, a plus
