Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Proposal Writer to manage and develop high-quality proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and other solicitation requests. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, excellent coordination abilities, and hands-on experience in proposal development within IT services, staffing, or consulting environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and other solicitation documents to understand scope, compliance requirements, and submission timelines
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Recruiting, Finance, Legal, and Leadership) to gather required inputs
  • Write, edit, and format proposal content, including:
    • Executive summaries
    • Technical approaches
    • Staffing plans
    • Past performance/case studies
    • Resumes and management plans
  • Ensure proposals are compliant, compelling, and aligned with client requirements
  • Maintain proposal templates, boilerplate content, and knowledge repositories
  • Track proposal milestones, deadlines, and approvals
  • Perform final quality checks for grammar, formatting, consistency, and compliance
  • Support bid/no-bid decisions and post-submission clarifications if required

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Proposal Writer / Proposal Coordinator
  • Strong command of editing and proofreading skills
  • Hands-on experience with US IT staffing or IT services proposals
