Rite Rug Flooring has been one of the top, privately owned, flooring companies for over 90 years! We are looking for an organized, detail oriented, Service Writer to join our team!
$40,000 to $45,000, salary based on experience.
Positions Summary:
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about services and installations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Schedule homes for installation
  • Enter service calls and coordinate repair dates
  • Monthly closing of all open repairs
  • Assist field supers
  • Schedule job finishes
  • Ensure on order material is received and scheduled

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
  • Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Possess excellent time management skills.
