  • $55,000.00 to $75,000.00Annually (Experience Based)

Requirements
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain your Customer Satisfaction Scores at or above the district goal
  • Receiving in customers and their automobiles in the most effective and timely manner
  • Constant communication with your service technicians
  • Calling customers with diagnostic results and recommendations from your technicians
  • Selling the recommendations from your technicians
  • Communicate authorized recommendations to your technicians with a "promise time" for completion of work
  • Prompt call to customers when vehicle is washed and ready
  • Notify your customer if there are any delays to the "promise time" and why; before the "promised time" for pick up
  • Close all repair orders and review with customers as they pick up their automobiles

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Service (Writer) experience preferred
  • High school diploma/GED preferred
  • Competent level of computer literacy
  • Substantial time management technique
  • General understanding of automotive maintenance
  • Maintain an energetic, positive, and respectful attitude with everyone
  • Valid driver's license with a driving record that allows you to drive customers and company vehicles.
