Essential Job Functions
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
  • Contacts manufacturers and OWM's to obtain authorization to perform repairs
  • Applies for payment after authorization and repairs are completed
  • Follows up on collecting warranty payments
  • Work closely with technicians to understand and relay needed repairs to manufacturers
Qualifications
  • Education:
    1. High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Experience:
    1. A minimum of one year's RV service experience preferred
  • Abilities:
    1. Demonstrated excellent oral and written communications skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills
    2. Solid communication skills. Must be able to demonstrate effectiveness working with various levels of management, staff and/or outside contacts
    3. Ability to use a computer and other office equipment
    4. Proficient with MS Office
    5. Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
    6. Reliable and strong work ethic
    7. Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
    8. Ability to organize various physical tasks through adjusting, climbing ladders, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, or bending
