Duties:
- Report to the Kitchen Manager for operational strategies involving the shift.
- Ensure the assigned station and kitchen are set up and stocked.
- Prepare simple components of dishes on the menu by chopping vegetables. Cutting some meats, and preparing sauces.
- Aptitude for multi-tasking.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Understanding and adherence to menu standards and presentation.
- Make sure food prep and storage areas meet health and safety standards.
- Willingness to assume Expo duties when needed.
