SiriusXM, through SiriusXM Canada Holdings, Inc., also offers satellite radio and audio entertainment in Canada. In addition to its audio entertainment businesses, SiriusXM offers connected vehicle services to automakers.

How you'll make an impact:

The Director of Investor Relations (IR) serves as an expert individual contributor responsible for helping to shape and communicate the investment narrative of Sirius XM to the global financial community. Applies deep investor relations expertise to influence how the company is understood and valued by the broader market, while operating through cross-functional partnership and executive advisory support. Reporting to the SVP of Investor Relations, this role serves as a key interface between executive leadership and external stakeholders, including institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and shareholders.

This leader plays a pivotal role in maintaining credibility and trust with the investment community, supporting valuation, and positioning Sirius XM effectively within the evolving media and digital audio landscape. Partners on the company's investor relations approach in high-impact situations, including major transactions, activist engagement, or market disruption, by shaping external messaging and investor strategy within the IR function. Establishes IR communication standards and best practices that strengthen consistency, credibility, and market-facing reputation.

What you'll do:

  • Aid in the production of high-quality investor materials, including earnings releases, presentations, and Board reporting. Evolve the company's investment narrative through innovative, IR-specific communication frameworks and materials.

  • Aid in synthesizing investor feedback, analyst perspectives, and shareholder data into actionable insights for senior leadership. Translate market feedback into strategic IR recommendations that influence enterprise priorities and long-term direction.
  • Maintain and manage sell-side consensus models while influencing external analyst assumptions and broader market expectations.
  • Help oversee investor events, including the annual investor meeting and conferences by designing differentiated, high-impact engagement strategies that strengthen the company's market positioning.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of all external IR communications, including the IR website while setting IR communication standards and best practices across relevant Finance, Legal, Communications, and executive stakeholder groups.
  • Partner on the company's response to high-stakes, enterprise-critical situations (e.g., major transactions, activist scenarios, or market disruptions), shaping external messaging and investor strategy.
  • Act as a company-level IR thought leader in investor relations, contributing to external publications, forums, or industry engagement that enhances the company's credibility and visibility in the investment community.
  • Influence and guide senior executives through innovative approaches to investor communication, developing IR principles and frameworks adopted by key cross-functional partners.

What you'll need:
