The Sautee Cook plays a vital role in preparing and cooking a variety of sautéed dishes within a small kitchen team. Working primarily evening shifts and regularly on weekends, this position reports directly to the Restaurant Manager. The Sautee Cook is responsible for maintaining kitchen safety, managing inventory, adhering to recipes, and ensuring high-quality food standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients and cook sautéed dishes according to recipes
  • Maintain kitchen safety and sanitation standards
  • Manage inventory levels and restock as needed
  • Ensure quality control throughout food preparation and service
