Job Summary

Comcast is seeking a Senior Manager of Device Product Management to lead mobile device planning and roadmap execution for the Xfinity Mobile team. This role will work closely with major suppliers across the mobile device ecosystem, as well as internal partners in engineering, marketing, and go-to-market, to align product strategy with business objectives, customer needs, and long-term experience expectations. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and strong storytelling to translate market insights, segmentation, business cases, and product performance data into clear recommendations that guide roadmap decisions and support Xfinity Mobiles growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Owns the mobile hardware roadmap to ensure device portfolio decisions support core business objectives, customer needs, and long-term growth priorities.
  • Plays a lead role in the 12-18 month device roadmap planning process, evaluating partners and selecting devices for inclusion in the Xfinity Mobile portfolio.
  • Negotiates with device vendors to secure promotional support, launch funding, and other commercial commitments that strengthen device offers.
  • Develops business cases and market analyses to assess new partners, device categories, product opportunities, and portfolio expansion strategies.
  • Partners with merchandising to optimize retail assortment, positioning, and customer-facing messaging for Xfinity Mobile devices.
  • Collaborates with engineering to ensure roadmap devices are optimized for performance and customer experience on the Xfinity Mobile network.
  • Works with supply chain to build device demand plans, manage lifecycle transitions, and support smooth, cost-effective product introductions and exits.
  • Partners with the accessories lead to align device and accessories roadmaps, ensuring a cohesive portfolio and attach strategy.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • Mastery of story building/telling applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Demonstrated success in managing a complex workload with multiple priorities and tight deadlines with a focus on measuring results and improving performance
  • Ability to investigate complex data sets using various querying/scripting tools. SQL experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong executive presence
  • Experience/background in consulting or the Cable/Telecommunications industry preferred
