Job Summary

Comcast is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead high-priority cyber security programs focused on reducing enterprise risk from Frontier AI models and other emerging threats. This role will drive cross-functional execution across Cyber Security, Technology, Product, Operations, Risk, and business stakeholders to improve visibility, reduce attack surface, strengthen resilience, and help Comcast operate at AI speed.

Job Description

This position is ineligible for visa sponsorship.  To be considered for this role, you must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex cyber security and Frontier AI model workstreams from planning through execution.

  • Provide frequent, high quality, executive-ready status updates from programs under management

  • Support initiatives that secure Comcast from Frontier AI model risk, including vulnerability prioritization, WAF coverage, AI-enabled testing, automated patching, identity controls, telemetry, and attack-surface reduction.

  • Facilitate decisions, remove blockers, escalate risks, and maintain clear accountability across distributed teams and senior stakeholders.

  • Promote Comcast’s operating principles by putting customers first, driving results, winning as a team, supporting inclusion, and doing what’s right for customers, employees, and communities.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of program, project, or technical delivery experience in cyber security, technology, infrastructure, risk, or enterprise transformation.

  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with senior-level visibility.

  • Strong understanding of cyber security delivery concepts such as vulnerability management, identity and access, application security, network security, monitoring, resilience, and governance.

  • Excellent communication, executive reporting, stakeholder management, facilitation, and decision-driving skills.

  • Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Experience partnering with executives and cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic technology decisions.

  • Familiarity with modern AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and AI-enabled application development.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; PMP, Agile, cyber security, or related certification preferred.
