Shift: Day Shift: Monday - Friday from 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Overtime as required after hours/Saturdays, as necessary.)

Job Description
  • Operate woodworking equipment including saws, planers, routers, sanders, profilers, and other machinery.
  • Cut, shape, drill, sand, and fabricate wood components for cabinetry.
  • Verify measurements and ensure products meet quality specifications.
  • Set up and make adjustments to machinery as needed.
  • Retrieve, stack, and prepare lumber and wood materials for production.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Work closely with teammates to meet daily production goals while maintaining Bridgewood's quality standards.
  • Gluing and operation of clamps to build doors.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Frequent use of hands and arms to operate machinery and handle materials.
  • Regular lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent lifting of larger wood products (up to 100 pounds or more with assistance or appropriate equipment).
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday.
