Ventus Executive Solutions is seeking askilled Submarine Combat Systems Representativeto support an innovative program.You will provide subject matter expertise and technical support to the organization. You will support the development, evaluation, and operational employment of submarine combat systems, with a focus on the AN/BYG-1 Combat Control System, payload integration, and tactical guidance development. In this role you will bridge fleet operations, tactical development, and combat system engineering, ensuring operator perspectives inform system design, testing, and fielding. Work Location:Onsite: Groton, CT

Travel:Up to 25% CONUS

Clearance: Active Secret required, TS/SCI preferred

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, physical sciences, mathematics, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in submarine warfare, undersea combat systems, or naval operations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in one or more: Submarine combatant systems (AN/BYG-1) preferred, torpedo and strike warfare, target motion analysis (TMA).
  • Experience supporting Navy organizations such as UWDC, NAVSEA, NUWC, or fleet commands.

Desired Experience:

  • Prior Submarine Officer, Fire Control Technician (FT), Sonar Technician (STS), or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with: Combat system development, testing, or integration, Tactical publications and doctrine development, Working groups and requirements processes (STRG, FIWG, etc.)
  • Familiarity with: SWFTS transformation efforts, DEVSECOPS and modern combat system architectures.
