Position: Screen Printing Specialist
Ace Corp Holdings LLC is seeking an experienced and dependable Screen Printing Specialist to handle screen printing production for custom apparel orders. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining screen printing equipment while ensuring accurate placement, color, and print quality.
Responsibilities· Set up and operate screen printing equipment for apparel production.
· Prepare screens, inks, squeegees, and other materials required for each job.
· Review work orders, artwork, garment quantities, colors, and print locations before production.
· Properly register screens for single-color and multi-color printing.
· Mix and prepare inks as required for each order.
· Perform test prints and make adjustments before beginning full production.
· Maintain consistent print quality, placement, registration, and ink coverage throughout production.
· Load and unload garments accurately and efficiently.
· Operate and monitor conveyor dryers to ensure proper curing.
· Inspect finished garments for print defects and quality issues.
· Follow approved artwork, mockups, and customer specifications.
· Maintain accurate production counts and minimize misprints and garment waste.
· Reclaim and clean screens and maintain an organized screen-printing area.
· Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of screen printing equipment.
· Follow company production procedures and safety requirements.
· Communicate immediately with management regarding artwork, equipment, garment, or production issues.
Qualifications· Previous professional screen printing experience preferred.
· Experience with manual and/or automatic screen printing presses.
· Knowledge of screen registration, ink application, curing, and print quality control.
· Ability to produce both single-color and multi-color designs.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow job specifications accurately.
· Ability to work efficiently while meeting production deadlines.
· Ability to identify and troubleshoot common screen printing problems.
· Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a production team.
· Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties associated with apparel production.
Preferred Experience· Commercial apparel screen printing experience.
· Experience producing custom T-shirts, uniforms, and other printed garments.
· Knowledge of plastisol and other commonly used screen printing inks.
· Experience with screen preparation, exposure, registration, reclaiming, and curing.
Pay: Based on experience.
