Seeking experienced Superintendents and Punch List Superintendents to support large-scale residential, condominium, and mixed-use developments. You'll oversee finishing phases, coordinate trades, and drive projects through turnover with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Client Details Our clients are respected general contractors delivering landmark projects across South Florida. With decades of market presence and a strong reputation for quality construction, they offer stable leadership, excellent cultures, and a growing backlog of work.
