Job Title: Color Design
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative professional to join our team in driving compelling new color directions for basketball apparel. Our team values visual storytelling, innovation, and strong collaboration to shape industry-leading seasonal collections that engage and inspire.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of seasonal color design and direction for basketball apparel, encompassing signature, branded, and licensed collections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional design, product management, and development teams to present and communicate design concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive storytelling and original content for seasonal apparel assortments, translating consumer insights into trend-driven narratives and graphic presentations.
  • Manage and design presentation materials, facilitate effective schematic creation, and support prototype reviews to ensure alignment with design intent.

Required:

  • Bachelor s, Master s, or equivalent degree preferred in graphic design, fashion design, industrial design, apparel design, material design, textile design, or a related field; any suitable combination of education, experience, and training will be considered.
  • Preferred 6+ years of design experience with comprehensive knowledge of current and emerging design and fashion trends in sportswear and streetwear footwear and apparel.
  • Professional-level expertise using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; foundational knowledge of textiles; experience with Miro, CLO, and Vizcom.
  • Demonstrated ability to present to internal and external audiences with strong communication skills and execute design projects under tight deadlines while interacting with cross-functional teams.
