Aboutthe Position
We are seeking a skilled andreliable Painter to join our maintenance team at our hotel.This role is essential in maintaining the appearance, quality, and guest-readycondition of our property. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail,a solid work ethic, and takes pride in delivering high‑quality finishes.
MinimumRequirements
  • At least 3 years of verifiable professional painting experience (residential, commercial, or hospitality).
  • Strong knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing methods.
  • Ability to work safely with tools, ladders, and materials.
  • Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing, lifting, bending, etc.).
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

JobResponsibilities
Duties may vary based onthe hotel's needs and may include:
  • Interior and exterior painting of guest rooms, hallways, public spaces, and maintenance areas.
  • Wall preparation: patching, sanding, priming, and repairing surfaces.
  • Applying paints, stains, sealers, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
  • Touch‑ups and color matching as required.
  • Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas.
  • Assisting the maintenance department with additional tasks as needed.
