As a Security Guard, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more.

The Security Team Lead will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Security Shift Team Lead  will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Starting Pay $20.69 / hour 

Shifts Available: Monday- Friday 0700- 1500, must be able to work other shifts for oversight

 Security Operations: 

  • Implementing and enforcing specific client security policies and procedures.  
  • Conducting regular security patrols and inspections of the premises.  
  • Monitoring security systems like CCTV cameras and access control systems.  
  • Responding to security alarms and incidents promptly.  

Incident Response: 

  • Investigating security breaches and suspicious activities.  
  • Documenting incidents and preparing reports to be sent to the Operations Center. 

 Communication and Collaboration: 

  • Coordinate and maintain open communication with clients, AUS management, and Security Officers. 
  • Main point of contact for client and Operations Manager on all day-to-day operations. 
  • Briefing staff on security protocols, new procedures and other important information
