Job description

Ready to own the pressroom?

Do you instinctively reach for a densitometer when something looks off? Can you talk shop about Heidelberg makeready, flexo stations, and G7 curves in the same breath? If so, this role lets you take the wheel of high-end presses while partnering closely with prepress to hit exacting specsโ€”every time.

Your impact
  • Run and fine-tune offset and flexographic presses to deliver consistent, high-quality output across long and short runs.
  • Own prepress collaboration: validate files, adjust typography and layout, and calibrate color using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Guard color integrity job-to-job with disciplined color management practices and tools.
  • Execute rigorous in-process and final QC checks to catch defects before they ship.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain equipmentโ€”CNC interfaces, flexo units, and machining toolsโ€”reducing downtime.
  • Support safe material flow, operating forklifts as needed to stage paper, plates, and inks.
  • Lead by example on safety, 5S, and clean work habits.
  • Coach new team members on press operation, safety, and best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on throughput, waste reduction, and workflow optimization.
What youโ€™ll need to succeed
  • At least 5 years of professional printing experience, with strong offset lithography exposure (Heidelberg experience a plus).
  • Technical command of offset processes and press mechanics, from plate loading to color control.
  • Fluency in prepress and production methods, including imposition, trapping, and proof review.
  • Hands-on skill with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for preparing press-ready files.
  • Advanced color management knowledge; comfortable with industry standards for print advertising and reproduction.
  • Solid grounding in graphic design, typography, layout, and end-to-end production workflows.
  • Quality control expertise with a sharp eye for early defect detection.
  • Quick, structured problem-solving in a live production environment.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail to manage multiple simultaneous jobs.
Core proficiencies
  • Production machine setups
  • Web offset
  • Sheetfed offset

Join a team that values precision craftsmanship and continuous learning. If youโ€™re eager to elevate print quality across diverse industries, we want to hear from you.
