Job description

Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by connecting with fleet operators and trucking companies. This is a field-based role offering autonomy and flexibility, but it requires strong self-discipline and independence.

You will be responsible for building relationships with key decision-makers, developing new business opportunities, and leveraging your knowledge of the trucking and fleet industry to sell fleet branding and color graphics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation Identify and engage fleet and trucking companies throughout Alabama and Georgia that can benefit from fleet graphic solutions.
  • Sales Presentations & Relationship Building Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to demonstrate value, focusing on enhancing brand visibility through vehicle graphics and fleet branding.
  • Account Development Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business across fleets of all sizes.
  • New Business Development Drive new revenue by identifying untapped opportunities and growing market share in the region.
  • Collaboration & Execution Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within trucking, fleet, transportation, logistics, or a related industry
  • Existing relationships within the trucking, fleet, or logistics space are a strong plus
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate the value of fleet branding, color graphics, and installation services
  • Familiarity with the Georgia and/or Alabama market is preferred
  • Comfortable with remote work, self-management, and regional travel
  • Experience in sales, account management, or business development within a relevant industry is highly valued
