Job Summary:

Liberty Tire Recycling is seeking a Regional Grade Support to support multiple locations within the South region including but not limited to Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, and Louisiana. This role focuses on improving operational performance on grade line of business (used tires) by conducting grading evaluations, supporting training efforts, and partnering with plant teams to enhance quality and process consistency. The Regional Support Specialist will regularly travel to assigned sites, provide hands‑on support, and ensure adherence to Liberty’s safety and quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promote and follow Liberty Tire Recycling safety procedures at all times.
  • Travel regularly throughout the south region to support operations.
  • Conduct grading evaluations on recycled materials to ensure accuracy and consistency across locations.
  • Assist plant teams in improving grading practices, material flow, and product quality.
  • Train employees on proper grading techniques, quality standards, and process improvements
  • Perform routine grading audits and communicate findings to site leadership.
  • Analyze operational and quality data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Support teams in implementing corrective actions based on audit results.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives across multiple facilities.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and summaries for regional leadership.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs as part of material review and hands-on assistance when needed.
  • Communicate effectively with plant managers, supervisors, and team members.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of grading, quality control, and inspection standards.
  • Ability to interpret data and identify trends or corrective actions.
  • Skilled at coaching and training employees on processes and quality.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple sites and diverse teams.
  • Strong commitment to following and promoting safety procedures.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to evaluate issues and support operational improvements.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required.

Education and Experience:

  • Prior experience in recycling, manufacturing, production, or quality control preferred.
  • Experience with grading, inspection, or quality assurance processes is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
