Job description

Our client is a manufacturer in the flooring industry seeking a Color Coordinator to join their production team. This position centers on digitally producing and replicating custom imagery that matches a variety of flooring plank designs. The ideal candidate brings hands-on Adobe Photoshop expertise.

Job Responsibilities- - Develop and replicate custom digital artwork in Adobe Photoshop to match a range of flooring plank designs. - Evaluate images under a standard Lightbox and make adjustments to ensure color consistency across lighting conditions. - Save, organize, and maintain both digital and physical files within a Mac-based environment.

- Partner with other departments to keep color approvals moving on schedule. - Identify potential production issues early and work with the team to resolve them before they affect output. - Dispose of hazardous materials safely and in accordance with company procedures.

- Keep the print room, workstation, and equipment clean and organized, including occasional ladder use and handling of sharp tools. - Solve color-matching issues and make necessary modifications to ensure successful sample output. Job Requirements - - Proficient in Adobe Photoshop with working knowledge of Mac systems.

- Experience with photoshop image manipulation, blending and color isolation with color adjustment skills. - Strong, accurate color vision across multiple lighting conditions. - Able to bend frequently, lift up to 25 lbs, climb ladders, and safely use sharp objects.

- Detail-oriented, results-driven, and comfortable working as part of a team. - Experience operating and maintaining large-format industrial printers, specifically Durst Printers, preferred. - Associate degree in a business-related field preferred.

- High school diploma or GED required.
