  • Own design work end to end, including research, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final polished UI
  • Design experiences around play, self-expression, and friendship for millions of players across a complex product
  • Build and strengthen the design system by establishing new patterns and maintaining consistency
  • Support design decisions with player interviews, usage data, and research into leading products
  • Iterate on live feedback and evaluate how the work performs in players' hands

  • Exceptional product design portfolio demonstrating impeccable visual craft, clear thinking, and strong fundamentals in typography, hierarchy, spacing, color, and interaction
  • Early-career designer with exceptional talent and growth, or experienced designer who has shipped world-class product design at scale
  • Strong user-centered point of view, supported by research and reasoning
  • Ability to produce exceptional work quickly; speed and quality are non-negotiable
