This role is ideal for a designer with a keen eye for aesthetics and a dual passion for crafting compelling corporate branding materials and intuitive digital user experiences. You will translate strategic direction and client needs into high-quality visual content across print and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities

  • Create Wireframes & Prototypes: Develop wireframes, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas to stakeholders and development teams.
  • Manage Corporate Branding: Design a wide range of marketing and branding materials, including logos, brochures, ads, social media graphics, signage, and corporate reports, while ensuring strict adherence to internal and clients brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with copywriters, account managers, and web developers from concept to final execution, ensuring designs meet both client objectives and technical requirements.

  • Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest web design trends, techniques, design software, and industry best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications

  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects, including both corporate branding work and UX/UI design examples (wireframes, prototypes, finished websites/apps).
  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard design software, including the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with UX/UI design tools (Figma, Adobe XD). Familiarity with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Chat/Meet) is a plus.
  • Design Fundamentals: Excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, layout and visual hierarchy.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulousness with alignment, consistency, and file preparation (e.g., print-ready files, color separation, digital export formats) is vital for polished, professional results.
  • Web Knowledge: An understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web optimization for web projects.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly to non-designers and clients.
  • Soft Skills: Must be a creative problem-solver, highly organized, adaptable, and a team player. Eager to learn and collaborate with a team.
