Job Overview:
Oliver Wyman is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Americas Business FP&A team to own and shape financial support for the Industrials practices. This role will work at the intersection of finance, strategy, analytics, and business performance to support key decision-making that aligns with the firm's strategy and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, analyze, and present performance indicators to business and finance leaders
  • Partner with senior leaders to translate financial data into commercial action
  • Synthesize results to measure performance against annual goals and support practice forecasting
  • Drive forward core financial processes utilizing modern tools, including Tableau, ChatGPT and other LLM-based tools
  • Continuously enhance operational efficiency, data accuracy and reporting quality

Experience Required:
  • BA or BS degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics preferred
  • 3-5 years' experience in a consulting, financial, or highly analytical role

Skills and Attributes:
  • Superior analytical skills, attention to detail, and well-organized
  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and P&L analysis
  • Intellectual curiosity to seek new challenges and develop creative solutions to problems
  • Sharp communication skills with the ability to advise stakeholders at all levels of the firm

Technical Skills:

The applicable base salary range for this role is $89,000 to $115,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
