Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Colonial Square & Platte Valley apartment communities in Grand Island & Kearney, NE. This is an affordable property group with 76 units. This position will pay up to $25.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

  • Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
  • Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
