Immediate opening for full-time Para Educator for Elementary school classroom
The Franklin Lakes School District is looking for a full-time 1:1 paraeducator/instructional aide to support student(s) with special needs in an elementary school setting for the 2026-2027 school year. Duties include but are not limited to providing individualized programming for emotional, cognitive, behavioral, language, and interpersonal growth of the student(s). The paraeducator/instructional aide may use appropriate applied behavior teaching, communication, and reinforcement techniques. Experience is preferred but not required. Anticipated start date: mid-September 2026.
