Job description

Generations Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers throughout Collin and Denton County to deliver personalized, attentive care to our clients within the comfort of their own homes. This remote opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors and individuals who require assistance with daily living activities, providing both support and companionship.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Prepare and assist with meals, including feeding when necessary, to promote proper nutrition.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment.
  • Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating and meaningful activities to enhance their well-being.
  • Monitor clients’ health and behavior, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to supervisory staff.
  • Support clients with medication reminders and ensure adherence, following established guidelines.
  • Run errands and provide transportation to medical appointments as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred but not required; we welcome compassionate individuals ready to learn.
  • Demonstrated patience, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety standards relevant to home care environments.
