Our organization is currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable CDS Budget Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, problem-solving, and helping ensure financial accuracy within a healthcare setting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and monitoring budgets, analyzing financial data, maintaining budget records, and assisting with financial planning related to CDS services. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.

Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and assist in developing budget plans
- Develop and maintain budgeting systems and procedures
- Evaluate budget requests and recommend adjustments to ensure compliance with organizational goals and program guidelines
- Monitor spending to ensure compliance with approved budgets
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to CDS budgets and expenditures
- Communicate with internal departments regarding budget-related questions and discrepancies
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial information
Qualifications
- Previous budgeting, finance, administrative, or accounting experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Reliable, professional, and adaptable mindset
No Degree? No Problem.
Formal education is not required for this role. Applicants with at least one year of payroll or administrative experience, a dependable work ethic, or strong professional references are encouraged to apply.
