Le specialiste de comptes travaille avec un grand sens de l'urgence et fait preuve d'initiative, d'engagement et de responsabilite envers les objectifs regionaux et ceux d'Axalta.

Lieu de travail : Il s'agit d'un role base a distance au Quebec, couvrant la grande region de Montreal, et necessitera jusqu'a 75% de deplacements, afin de permettre des visites sur les sites des clients. Ce poste n'est pas admissible a une relocalisation.

  • Assurer le suivi des problemes en temps opportun et identifier ainsi que recommander des ameliorations de processus afin d'eliminer les obstacles rencontres par le client.

  • Prioriser efficacement les taches et contribuer aux resultats attendus de l'equipe regionale en matiere de revenus, de rentabilite, de fidelisation de la clientele et de gestion des distributeurs, avec un grand sens de l'urgence.

  • Fournir du soutien concernant les procedures operationnelles normalisees (SOP) et veiller a ce que le client soit informe des formations et du soutien offerts par les cours de formation Axalta et les groupes locaux de performance.

  • Diriger les efforts de conversion de peinture et solliciter les ressources de distribution afin de soutenir le client.

  • Maintenir des informations et des donnees de contact exactes dans SalesForce (SFDC).

Exigences du poste : Le candidat ideal est un professionnel experimente de la vente possedant une experience dans le domaine de la finition automobile ainsi qu'un solide historique de soutien a la clientele.

  • Diplome universitaire et/ou au moins 3 a 5 ans d'experience dans l'industrie de la finition automobile.

  • Excellentes competences en communication en francais, l'anglais constitue un atout.

  • Excellente connaissance de l'environnement des affaires lie a la reparation de collision, au transport commercial et au secteur industriel, ainsi que des principes fondamentaux de la distribution.

Job Summary: The Account Specialist, Automotive Collision is responsible for maintaining strong customer satisfaction and long-term retention of Axalta's customers within a market. As a member of the Regional Sales team, the Account Specialist will partner with our coatings customers to foster their long-term success by ensuring that all elements of the business agreement are delivered. This is a remote, home office-based role.


The Account Specialist works with a high sense of urgency and demonstratesownership, commitment, and accountability to Regional and Axalta goals.

Work Location: This fully remote role requires a local presence in Greater Montreal, Canada to allow for onsite visits to customer sites and is not eligible for relocation.

Expected Compensation:

We consider an individual's qualifications, skillset, and experience to determine final salary. This role is eligible for benefits such as health insurance and paid time off. The expected compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000CAD plus 30% sales incentive compensation annually. The actual offer will be at the company's sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate's qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acts as primary point of contact for identified customers and builds strong, collaborative relationships.

  • Understands key elements of the business agreement with each customer.

  • Develops and executes account plans capturing the product, color and services needs of the customer.

  • Understands and accurately communicates the values and benefits of Axalta product, color, and services.

  • Understands and engages the appropriate resources to meet the unique needs of each customer.

  • Maintains an organized communication approach with a regular customer call schedule and clearly documents customer interactions in SalesForce (SFDC).

  • Follows-up on issues in a timely manner and identifies and advises on process improvements to alleviate roadblocks facing the customer.

  • Effectively prioritizes tasks and contributes to regional team's expected results for revenue, profitability, customer retention, and distributor management with a high sense of urgency.

  • Provides support on standard operating procedures (SOP's) and ensures customer is aware of education and support available through Axalta Training Classes and Local Performance Groups.

  • Leads paint conversion efforts and solicits distribution resources to support the customer.

  • Maintains accurate account information and contact data in SalesForce (SFDC).

  • Utilizes appropriate technological resources (SharePoint, Salesforce, MSOffice, etc.) to further individual productivity and enhance communication with co-workers and customers.

Job Requirements:The ideal candidate would be an experienced sales professional with Automotive Refinish background and a strong track of successful customer support.

  • Bachelor's degree and/or at least 3-5 years of Automotive Refinish industry experience.

  • Strong knowledge of the collision repair, commercial transportation and industrial business environment as well as distribution fundamentals.

  • French fluency required. Bilingual in English preferred.

  • Working knowledge Axalta's core product lines and repair shop business fundamentals.

  • Ability to identify customer needs and responds quickly to effectively resolve problems using a collaborative approach.

  • Self-disciplined and able to perform effectively in unstructured and autonomous conditions.

  • Presents oneself in professional manner throughout all levels of the organizationand considers how actions will affect customers.

  • Strong team player and actively seeks opportunities to support territory activities and meet customer needs.

  • Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills.

  • Competent computer skills, proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time.
