About Us

We are a well-established, multi-location automotive dealer group serving the Twin Cities market. With strong OEM certifications, high vehicle volume, and state-of-the-art collision centers, we are committed to delivering safe, high-quality repairs and an exceptional customer experience.

We are currently seeking an experienced Collision Estimator / Blueprinter to join our high-performing collision team.

$28-$31/hour

Position Overview

The Collision Estimator/Blueprinter plays a critical role in the repair process by accurately assessing vehicle damage, performing complete teardown and blueprinting, and ensuring a seamless transition from estimate to production. This individual will work closely with technicians, parts teams, insurance partners, and customers to drive efficiency, accuracy, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate, detailed repair estimates.
  • Perform complete teardown/blueprinting to identify all structural and non-structural damage.
  • Utilize estimating platforms such as CCC, Mitchell, or Audatex.
  • Research and follow OEM repair procedures to ensure safe, compliant repairs.
  • Communicate and negotiate with insurance adjusters to secure proper repair authorization.
  • Prepare and manage supplements as needed.
  • Coordinate with parts department to ensure accurate and timely ordering.
  • Maintain photo documentation and detailed repair records.
  • Provide clear, professional communication to customers throughout the repair process.
  • Support production scheduling to maintain cycle time and efficiency goals.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in collision estimating and/or blueprinting.
  • Strong knowledge of structural and non-structural repair processes.
  • Proficiency with CCC (preferred) or other estimating systems.
  • Familiarity with DRP processes and insurance negotiations.
  • Ability to read and interpret OEM repair procedures.
  • I-CAR certifications (Platinum preferred or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with clean driving record.
