We are a Toyota-Certified Collision Center seeking a Front Desk Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is essential to delivering a professional customer experience and supporting daily shop operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment.


Responsibilities
  • Greet customers professionally and assist with check-in and pick-up

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately

  • Schedule estimates, repairs, and follow-up appointments

  • Assist customers with basic repair status questions and general information

  • Coordinate with estimators, managers, and technicians as needed

  • Maintain accurate customer and repair records in the system

  • Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and presentable

  • Support customer satisfaction and delivery process


Qualifications
  • Customer service or receptionist experience required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
