Job description

We are seeking a Body Shop Office Administrator (Customer Service Representative) with excellent customer service skills and an excellent attitude. Ideal candidates must possess multi-tasking skills and have the willingness to learn and adapt. This individual will greet guests and act as a liaison between customers and the estimators. The CSR will be responsible for basic accounting functions in both accounts receivable and accounts payable.
The Body Shop Office Administrator performs a wide range of administrative and office support duties. Duties include but not limited to:
  • Provide first-rate customer service while greeting customers and answering phones
  • Communicate and work with estimators to follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress
  • Complete Purchase Orders for body repair work sublet
  • Monday through Friday - with Rotational Saturdays
  • Create files and other office duties, such as organize documents and invoices
  • Willing to learn other body shop duties including vehicle estimates for promotion consideration
  • Assist Body Shop Manager with various clerical duties
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Update and schedule repair estimates and appointments for the body shop
  • Monitor texts and emails
  • Pay range of $15-$17/hr depending on experience
  • Willing to Train
