Dingman's Collision Center is looking for an experienced Repair Process Manager with a strong background in estimating, production management, and workflow. Must be a team player - able to work with other Repair Process Managers, technicians, and staff. Strong communication skills with customers, employees, and insurance companies are a must.

Requirements

Must have strong estimating background, production management, and workflow

Ability to communicate well with coworkers and customers

Strong computer and organizational skills

I-CAR, ASE and ongoing training required

Technical background/knowledge preferred
