Body Shop Manager

Capitol City Ford, a dealer in Indianapolis since 1984, is looking for someone to join our team now and that the right person will assume the Body Shop Manager role when our current manager retires later this year.

  • Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries they may have
  • Perform vehicle inspections and document any concerns
  • Consult with insurance companies on applicable repairs
  • Keep the customer and the insurance company informed on completion times, expenses, and possible changes
  • Remain involved with delivery of vehicles to customers upon completion to assure all customer concerns can be addressed
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
  • Spend quality time building a relationship with customers and insurance companies

Requirements

  • Hard working with an energetic personality
  • Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
  • Prior collision estimating experience is a huge plus 
  • Have or be able to acquire the required certifications
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

A reliable, consistent work history and a clean drug test are required.
